Terms and Conditions of Contract


The owner of the website www.mir2025belgium.com is MASERATI OWNERS CLUB BELGIUM, domiciled at Karrestraat 238 3020 Herent, Belgium, holder of BE0818.934.376 (hereinafter, “Maserati Owners Club Belgium”). Contact email: davy@maseraticlubbelgium.be
These “ Terms and Conditions of Contract ” constitute a legally binding contract between you and Maserati Owners Club Belgium that governs access and use of the website indicated in the heading of this document.

 

Article 1.- Definitions The following definitions will apply to these Terms and Conditions:

 

1.1. Site: website owned by Maserati Owners Club Belgium through which customers are informed about the characteristics of the Maserati International Rally 2025 event, about the registration procedure and the customer is offered the registration form. 

 

1.2. Client or Clients: Any person or entity that uses or correctly connects to the Site to carry out the Transaction. 

 

1.3. Client Data : The information provided by the Clients of the Site, as well as information related to the transactions carried out. 

 

1.4. Event : the Maserati International Rally 2025 (hereinafter, the “ MIR ”). 

 

1.5. Registration : registration with the MIR by the Client, which is carried out by completing a form and paying part or all of the price depending on the date on which the registration is made. 

 

1.6. Reservation : payment of 50% or 100% of the price for attendance at the Event indicated on the Site. 

 

1.7. Form : fillable document offered by the Site in which the Client must include their personal information (full name, address, email address and telephone number)and data about the Client's car, among others. 

 

1.8. Transaction: Registration by the Client to the Event. 

 

1.9. Attendee or Attendants : the Client who, complying with the Terms and Conditions of Contract of the Site, has

Registered, without her attendance having been denied by the organizers. 

 

1.10. Organizer(s) : Maserati Owners Club Belgium 

 

1.11. Collaborators: Hotels, restaurants, and other facilities that require a reservation linked to the celebration of the Event. 

 

1.12. These Rules and Other Rules : These Terms and Conditions of Contract, and other rules and guidelines determined by Maserati Owners Club Belgium, including the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy of the Site, managed by Maserati Owners Club Belgium

 

Article 2.- Object 

 

2.1. These Terms and Conditions of Contract establish the conditions under which access to the Maserati Owners Club Belgium Site is offered to Clients. By accessing the Site, you fully and unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions of Contract. Article 3. - Interveners

 

The electronic contracting process, through the Site www.mir2025belgium.com , will be carried out between the Client and Maserati Owners Club Belgium, understood as the point at which the Transaction is carried out, chosen solely and exclusively by the Client.
Those consumers who are natural persons, of legal age (over 18 years of age) and accept these Terms and Conditions of Contract that, if applicable, will be considered “Client” of the Site www.mir2025belgium.com .

 

Article 4.- Registration and payment method 

 

4.1. Registration to participate in the MIR will open on September 15, 2024 and the registration period will end on December 31, 2024. 

 

4.2. Registration will be carried out through the Site www.mir2025belgium.com by completing the Form indicated for this purpose, in which Clients must indicate, among other information, their full name, address, email and telephone number. 

 

4.3. After completing the Form, an email will be received to confirm your subscription. The Organization will contact you by email to confirm your registration whenever your subscription meets all requirements to attend event MIR 2025. The Organization will ask you extra details to complete your registration and at this time an initial payment corresponding to 50% of the price must be made, and the remaining 50% must be paid before January 31, 2025. 

 

4.4. The completion and sending of the Registration Form, as well as the payment of the Reservation, will not imply in any case its confirmation. The Organization, in the event that the Client does not meet the requirements to be able to attend the Event, or in the event that all available places have been filled, will return to the affected person the amount transferred using the same means of payment within the period of ten (10) days from the date on which the Organization is notified of the impossibility of attending the Event. 

 

4.5. For clarification purposes, the price of the Reservation includes a stay at a Five-star Hotel, for 3 nights, on a bed and breakfast basis and assistance as a participant.

 

4.6. Registration to the Event through an agent or third party is not permitted. 

 

4.7. The Client declares that all information provided to Maserati Owners Club Belgium is true, complete, accurate, exhaustive and up-to-date; Otherwise, Maserati Owners Club Belgium may, after notifying the Client, suspend their attendance at the Event. 

 

4.8. The Client must notify Maserati Owners Club Belgium, by email to the address davy@maseraticlubbelgium.be , of any update and/or modification of the information provided during Registration.

 

Article 7 -. Force Majeure 

 

7.1. In accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Contract, “force majeure” shall be understood as any event that the Organizer cannot foresee, including but not limited to, threats, fires, terrorist activity, industrial conflict, natural or nuclear disaster, epidemics, war or riots, and any other event beyond the control of the Organizer.

 

7.2. The Organizer will not assume any responsibility or expense and the Attendees will not be able to claim any damages or losses, in the cases in which the Event cannot be held or, in the event that the Organizer cannot comply punctually or must fail to comply with its obligations. in accordance with the contractual conditions that have been agreed with the Attendees for the celebration of the Event.

 

Article 8.- Content and links 

 

8.1. Maserati Owners Club Belgium has obtained the information, multimedia content and materials included on the Site from sources it considers reliable but, although it has taken all reasonable measures to ensure that the information contained is correct, Maserati Owners Club Belgium does not guarantee that it is accurate. , complete or updated. Article 12.- Update of these Terms and Conditions of Contract 

 

12.1. Maserati Owners Club Belgium will periodically review these Terms and Conditions of Contract. The modification or addition introduced by Maserati Owners Club Belgium will be effective immediately after they are published on the Site. Modifications to these Terms and Conditions will not be retroactive.

 

12.2. You acknowledge and accept that you will be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Contract applicable to the Site at all times and undertake, consequently, to execute and comply with them.

Article 13.- Applicable law and jurisdiction of the Courts 

 

13.1. These Terms and Conditions of Contract will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Belgium. 

 

13.2. For any questions that may arise or actions that may be taken regarding the interpretation, application, compliance or non-compliance with what is established herein, Maserati Owners Club Belgium and the Client, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals from Leuven, ​​Belgium.
