Article 5.- Cancellation and refund policy
5.1. In the event that any of the Attendees must cancel their attendance at the MIR, after confirmation thereof, they must contact us by email at the address davy@maseraticlubbelgium.be , indicating the reasons and justification for canceling their attendance at the Event. . Your cancellation notice will only be effective if we receive it by the indicated means and in writing.
5.2. If the cancellation of attendance at the Event is communicated before December 31, 2024, and the reasons for the cancellation of attendance fall in some case of force majeure (as indicated in article 7), or for reasons of illness of the Attendee, the amount paid to the Organizers for the Reservation (50% of the total amount) will be returned.
5.3. If the cancellation of attendance at the Event does not fall for any of the reasons indicated in the previous section or is carried out between January 1, 2025 and January 31, 2025, the costs already paid that correspond to the full amount of the Reserve, they cannot be refunded.
5.4. In the event that the Client falls under any of the causes of cancellation that allow the refund of the Reservation, it will be returned to the Client using the same means of payment within a period of ten (10) days from the date on which that the Organization has notified the Client of receipt of the email indicated in section 5.1.
Article 6.- Fraudulent payments and transactions
6.1. In order to manage the transactions carried out on the Site, Maserati Owners Club Belgium will collect the amounts paid by Clients as Reservations, through the payment methods made available on the Site, and will transfer them to the Collaborators, in the manner agreed upon with them.
6.2. Maserati Owners Club Belgium reserves the right to use electronic payment methods from third parties and/or financial institutions to manage payments made by Clients through the Site.
6.3. Maserati Owners Club Belgium reserves the right to request from the Client the documentation it deems necessary to verify both the Client's identity and the ownership of the payment method used, when it has suspicions about the existence of fraudulent payments, including the use of stolen cards. or any other fraudulent activity.
6.4. In the event that Maserati Owners Club Belgium considers the commission of fraudulent activities by a Client to have been proven, it may report such acts, providing, in this case, the elements collected to the pertinent authorities.
6.5. Maserati Owners Club Belgium is not responsible, under any circumstances, for unauthorized uses of credit cards or any other payment method accepted through the Site, whether or not they have been reported by the owner thereof, as long as it is not aware of the nature fraud of these activities.
6.6. Maserati Owners Club Belgium does not have access to the bank details linked to the Clients' payment methods and does not know or record these details during the payment transaction.
